Cat 2 _ $50.00 $250.00 _ Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $50/month.  Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $100/month. Maximum of 2 pets per household. Our one-time non-refundable pet fee and our monthly pet rent are per apartment.
Dog 2 _ $50.00 $500.00 _ Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
